Why I Became a Nutritional Health Coach

Somewhere along the way, we drifted far from what our bodies were designed to do. We stopped listening to the simple signals of hunger, movement, and rest, and became a sicker version of ourselves.

Every street corner now has a specialist, a clinic, or a pharmacy ready to offer a quick fix. But so often, the focus is masking symptoms instead of asking why they're happening in the first place. I saw it in my own life: fatigue, hormonal shifts, and subtle changes brushed aside with a prescription, a shrug, or "that's just getting older" or my favorite "it's normal".

It hit me that the problem wasn't just me-it was a system that rarely steps back to look for root causes. And sometimes, if we are honest, we've played a role by disconnecting from natural rhythms and habits that once kept us well.

I became a nutritional health coach because i wanted to change that narrative-for myself and for the other women like. I believe that by getting back to our roots, to more natural ways, with real food, mindful living, and whole-person care, we can reclaim the energy, clarity, and vitality that out bodies are capable of.
